This project will be one of CIL’s major research activities during its initial three years. This project will examine the role of law and the rule of law in Asian legal integration. It will be headed by JHH Weiler, Professor of Law at NYU and NUS, and Michael Ewing-Chow, Associate Professor of Law at NUS. The detailed project proposal is currently being developed.
